FIRST COURSE

• Beverage: Horchata (rice water) or 16 oz. shake
• Starters: Cabbage salad with house dressing
• Appetizer: Chifrijo(Black beans mixed with fried pork and diced veggies served with homemade chips).

SECOND COURSE

• Casado - Authentic Costa Rican platter - family style platter served with rib-eye, chicken breast, and veggies. Served with Costa Rican rice (gallo pinto rice) and sweet plantains

THIRD COURSE

• Dessert: Choice of oatmeal shake or flan
